How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

Weekly tasks, update!!!! extended!!!

!!!! THIS IS BEING EXTENDED 1 WEEK!!! only becasue it is the first of the batch and you guys/girls can have a bit more time with this one.

hey everyone! I was thinking, what would be a great way to get everyone in this group active. What I came up with was weekly tasks. Now these tasks won't be anything outrageous or to hard to handle, just simple creativity warming tasks. Each week we will create a new inspiration to be used in created a piece of artwork (in any medium) based around the band 30stm. submit your submission to the group and at the end of the week just before we send out the new task we will chose one piece of work submitted and have it featured in the group for the following week.
you can submit as many entries as you will like, but try not to over load us with them, make sure to mention somewhere that you are submitting the piece for the weekly task, as you will still be able to submit other art work through out that week that is not part of the weekly task.

Lastly I would love to leave you off with this week, or starting weeks, weekly task...

Create a piece of work inspired by winter.

**keep in mind you can use the task as vaguely as you would like, but try not to stray to far off of the inspiration.

***also remember that the art works must be about the band 30stm in some way.
